Yearly Archives: 2009

sigh

It feels good to relax.  We still have last-minute shopping and wrapping to do but at least the craziness that has been our lives for the past 3 months is coming to an end.  I am sooo looking forward to Christmas morning through Sabrina’s eyes tomorrow.  She is beyond excited.  Thérèse would be happy if we wrapped up a roll of toilet paper for her to shred and we were very tempted to do just that for her.

They have all been mailed out so I wanted to share our 2009 holiday card (front & back)

Little JP is my last newborn of 2009 and he was so good to me during our session.  I am loving my new macro lens and couldn’t resist all the tiny details that make newborns so perfect.

blog contest

Thanks for everyone who voted and left a comment!  I had fun reading through them and seeing some familiar names.  Things got a bit confusing because there were vote comments submitted to the wrong post- instead of leaving the comment on the contest post below I was finding comments on random posts from december and even november!!  and not just a couple but almost 30.  And there was no way for me to move them over to the correct post.  Anyway I counted up the 330  votes that were published to the correct post + the ones that were submitted to random older posts and it was a very tight race.

With 68 votes Adrianna is our winner for the free 11×14 print of either the photo from the contest or from a 2010 session!!!

Now for the second winner.  I used www.random.org and it selected the number 24 out of 330.

It’s time for my annual blog contest!!!  I had the hardest time narrowing the entries down to 12  because I was blessed with such a busy schedule this year (a staggering 171 sessions in 2009).  I am so grateful for my fabulous clients!!!  You have allowed me to turn my passion into an amazing business and I thank every one of you for that.

It is time to vote for your favorite image:

Vote by leaving a comment on this blog post (scroll down and you will see “add a comment” under the 12th picture).

There will be TWO winners!

(1) The client whose image has the most votes will receive a complimentary 11×14  print either of the image from the contest or from an upcoming 2010 session

(2)  a comment will be selected at random and the person who submitted the comment will receive a FREE Mini Session!!  The winner may either keep the prize for themselves or gift to a friend if you aren’t local to NJ.  The Mini Session will be in April 2010 and take place in Wyckoff NJ. day 9 | nj newborn photographer

Little Jayden was 9 days old when I met her this week.  Don’t let that yawn fool you, she was bright eyed and wide awake for me showing off her incredible eyes.  She was loving all my different wraps and hats!
